@MarkBroussard Thanks we will try to formulate as you suggest. Instead of this formula I formulate lip balm without cacao butter and beeswax. I use C12-15 alkane, stearic acid ,emulsifying wax and sunflower oil but still facing problem of crystallization. Soo can you suggest it what actually happened. Procedure is same, heat all ingredients at 80°( for20 min)and cool down at room temperature.

my final pH of the product is 4.93 and i also checked it before and after stability testing ,i was observed very slight changed approx 0.2

Fragrance- 0.5%Procedure: In a vessel phase A (water phase) i.e deionised water, glycerin,edta and omyaskin heat phase A upto 80*C temp .In another vessel measure Phase B(oil phase) i.e octyl salicylate,avobenzone,otcyl methoxycinnamate,vitamin E, phenonip,stearic acid,simulsol 165,cetyl alcohol and heat them at temp upto80*c. In phase C neutralized PBSA with TEA and small amount of water and at last phase willow bark extract ,liquorice extract ,cyclomethicone and Arcym N 50 (Polymer for stability and thickness).

Thank you for your support. Can you please share detail about ph of exfoliating mask or serum .Also i found slight color fading after formulating mask.( 2 weeks after)

Hello@Maria…. The Problem of crystallization has been solved when I heat the waxy substances at 80C +-5C. After filling in container, rapid cooling is working . Do try it will solve your problem.

No its a blue dye soluble in oil.
