Hi, I have the same model. Angle should read between 20% and 85%. If not within that range, you will need to adjust the rpm. If adjusting the rpm doesn’t fix the angle, change the spindle size too.

Thank you everyone.

Polysorbate 80, twice as much as the amount of fragrance you’re trying to solubilize. It’s viscous but to me not as sticky as a glucoside. If that doesn’t work, then combine the Polysorbate with another nonionic surfactant.

frenchcolor.com has FDA-certified glycerin-based dyes that are pretty UV-stable. I’ve had a lot of success with them for products in clear bottles.

I did a lot of work with MaxxThix PC 10 and truthfully I don’t think you can get a good gel that doesn’t feel awful. It is not a good product for this application.

A customer want it with WHO recommendations but with gel not liquid I mad it once but its tolerance towards TEA is very low at higher concentration.
I have a meeting today in evening for this quality requirements. What should be the best percentage of Ethanol that can work in these conditions? You should be able to use 80% ethanol with carbomer. Neutralize with AMP Ultra instead of TEA.
