Have you tried triethyl citrate? It’s used a lot in perfumes.

I don’t know much about sepimax as mine are natural products but I have a conditioning shampoo that I has these ingredients that lens to it’s thickness. It’s a thick cream but will come out a disc cap. polyquat 10 .5%, .5% guar silk, 14% SCI, 9% BTMS. It took me 6 months to perfect this. I have several versions of this. One for normal hair, dry hair and reverse hair loss and regrowth. I have a 73.7% water phase and a 14% oil phase. I use Irish moss to gel my water phase as well for stability.
