Thanks @MakingSkincare, I have read your comments in another post. So you think Caframo mixer is good? I see you put emphasis on max torque. Is it more important that speed? 

I see you mentioned Caframo Universal Model BDC3030. http://www.caframo.com/cosmetic/lab_products_hightorque_universalBDC3030.php. Do you think it’s a good all purpose mixer for start-up? Thank you!

@Belassi, finally I dissolved the ascorbyl palmitate in capric/caprylic triglycerides with heating, thanks. But due to my knowledge, vitamin c is very temperature sensitive. Is it OK to heat it? I think I heat to appx 70C to dissolve it.

I try to dissolve ascorbyl palmitate in jojoba oil. I google it and found the melting point is 116 °C. So do I need to heat to this temperature to dissolve it? Will these high temperature damage the sensitivities of both ascorbyl palmitate and jojoba oil?

I read the docs that Ascorbyl palmitate is very soluble in Ethanol and need emulsifier in oil? I have no ideas….
