order of mixing is same as listed. the emulsification takes place at 75°C, mixing takes place in moderate speed, using normal stirrer.

@chemicalmatt thank you for helping us and this is not due to propylene glycol as i formulate the same earlier. So I think this is only because of HA . Feel was as it is only the change is product does not sprayed out evenly and properly and slight sticky string observed.
