@ngarayeva001 actually for vitamine E all Lol seen contain % between 0,1 and 0,5 so even 0,5% can be good.

@Gunther actually i think that who have lower moleculaire mass should be added the last here meant soda and my explication that litel access of it in addition it is high base will give more exess mole  cause (n= masse / moleculaire masse ) so the lower moleculaire mass the more access of moles”n” so as conclusion exess of LABSA will be more  tolareted then excess of Soda.
One more other reasons to make soda as final add,  you will neutralize many acids so it will be easier to add them all then neutralize them by soda.
For heating dissolving soda is very exothermic so that dissolving will abe to heat you blend.

@ngarayeva001 we can think about espacially butter cause i find it best thing for increasing fusion temperature of oil blend  with keeping lovely texture and benifetes also , but solid oils(adding % of fractionned coconut oil , adding stearic acid, and other solid oils) and ester ( waxes, some emulsifiers) and fatty alcool ( cetyl alcool , stearyl alcool , blend of them…) can be other solutions.

@Perry i respect your vision even you explention is soo clear . just one thing it will be big reason even for consumers to make free preservative product if we can do it.

@ngarayeva001 when we have oily product theire is no problem about E.O solubilty cause we talk in such case about mixcibility so we have just the contraint of dose no more solubilty problem.

@ngarayeva001 maybe ,about my oily product it did not need without any problem of microbes.
About PEG 40 i miss understand you actually sure you can use it in place of polysorabate 80 and same notice for 1% E.O i think may 4% PEG 40 will be good you can try it if you want.
Actually sometimes i’am not smart , here we don’t need solubilizer it is just oily phase so i think you can keep also you PEG 40 cause no need for solubilizer for that Lol.” i can guess that polysorbate is used for other function??? it can be..”

Sorry @Perry but in oily products why we need antimicrobial preservative , can microbes prosper in oil? yes our finger contain many microbes but that does mean  really that oily product must have antimicrobial presevative ?
@ngarayeva001 if really we need antimicrobial preservative so it must be used. Unless it will be more healthy to keep it without presevative and that what i see.
i already made oily product without antimicrobial preservative and theire is no problem of conservation knowing it is used by fingers.

@ngarayeva001 you are welcome about ploysorbate 80 i know that it is solubilzer however i never try it but i think that it will be fine to use it in place of PEG 40 cause both are used in many Lol.
About Vitamine E  i think that 0,2% will be fine whatever the quntity of oils ” for oily product”
cause that amout i see at many Lol of different oily products. About water it will not be able to mix with your product cause it is oily product.
Just i see that not only Vitamine E can be reduced but also polysorbate you have 1% H.E  and knowing that polysorbate 80 ratio is 3 (polysorbate 80): 1 ( HE)  i think you will be able to reduce %polysorbate to 3 or to be more secure 4.

@ngarayeva001 it is just oily phase wich contains already Antioxidant “vitamine E” play the role of presevative.
Just for cost and needs i think that you can reduce % of Vitamine E Untill 0,2% and you can verify that.

September 22, 2018 at 12:36 pm in reply to: TEA soap are they irritant in shampoo?

@Gunther very intersting the fact of using distilled fatty acide for reducing cost however the question will distilled fatty acid have the same benifits of vegetable oils and the process of distillation will not use unhealthy reactifs?
About avoid yellowing i think that it is very advanced level ☺…
For the moment i just need to know if we can make hot process using TEA and what should be the maximum temperature ?

@Gunther is not too much 2,31% NaOh for 10% Labsa ?  Ratio depend on Labsa purity or degree but it seems whatever the degree of Labsa it is more then needed quantity of NaOh.

September 21, 2018 at 2:48 pm in reply to: TEA soap are they irritant in shampoo?

@Gunther moderate add of citric acid just to adjust ph near 7 will not break soap i already tested with koh soap and even with adding suitable quantity of citric acid soap is good .
About process i know that cold process will be more secure however it may will need a lot of days for complete reaction “if it is like koh and Naoh saponification” i’am not sure from how time it needs for TEA soap. So for accelerating reaction hot process will be the solution however heating TEA can be harmfull . So  what is the better process cold or hot cause even with some research i couldn’t make the choice .
@Das if you put link i will be thankful.

@Chemist77 it is one of my future project making blend of soap surfactants and free sulfates synthetics surfactants and see what it will gives.
Just i wanna do it by trying TEA soap in place of yours made by potassuim soap.
But i want start by seeing pure TEA soap what it will give?  (may it will be blend of coconut oil , olive olil and Mais oil).
@Gunther soo happy by your intersting reactions but i did  not able to understand the problelm of TEA soap with citric acid. Can you explain me more?

September 20, 2018 at 5:15 pm in reply to: Natural Deodorant Essential Oil Question

@jsmith14 actually for essential oils theire are a lot of photosensibles and thermosensibles ones . So what can i say to you not all essential oils have same sensibility so you must make research for your oils used and you must becarefull also at the maximum dose allowded of essential oil cause in high dose it can be soo harmfull.

    wish all sucess for you.
Don’t forget to share your experiences and i will for sure also, and using TEA for free sulfate product it is really one of my reason to do TEA soap.

The aim of that neutralization is having product more soft and less irritant then Koh soap and it will be better if it gives no irritant eyes product.  One from  surpise i find about TEA soap that it gives quaternuim product @Microformulation where trough saponification TEA pass from tertiary amine to quaternuim trough liason with carboxylate of fatty acid so that gives hair conditionner product.
I read about Amine soap that give condionner and sfot product however i know that quaternuim are verry irritant product, so TEA Soap may can be quaternuin and not very irritant ? that question i’am thinking about .
I will make a try for sure just need developping idea now.
