so i must answer the call @ngarayeva001 ☺. @Oladoo the level of use to get pomade is generally between 10 % and 20 % you must work to get your desired adequat level but i think for hair it will be better to use more then oils and cera bellina to get good product , have nice work.

in your cause i guess it is w/o emulsion so you will need w/o emulsifier wich has hlb below 6 and will be better below 5 generally @imhumble

Update @Perry thanks a lot i  made four batchs:
1) with 0 % castor oil 
2) with 5 % castor oil
3) with 10 % castor oil
4) with 20 % castor oil
 So from 5 % the shining and smoothing effects are acceptables however the surprising thing that castor oil effect a lot the texture of product so the more level of  castor oil the more waxy product wich is bad thing for me about texture .

@natzam44 actually i guess your product is o/w emulsion so you need to calculate required hlb because as i searched your emulsifier has 14,9 hlb wich is not your required one.

thanks @ngarayeva001 logic what you said @natzam44 actually good idea to know what peoples buy however when it is new product it is hard to have information about it what i did that gave my products to many barber shop and they said that the products are good i even see the reaction of people they just like it so the problem i can not make all in same time for cost reason that’s why i must make a choice.
