Thanks This is exactly what am looking to accomplish. I know how to formulate cosmetics as a matter of facts, I have worked in cosmetic formulation since the past 10 years. 
I studied Food and Industrial Microbiology in the University. Chemistry is one of my best subjects. 
I just want to start manufacturing my own cosmetic raw materials from scratch
Like making emulsifiers, waxes, surfactants, preservatives, just like you said. 
I will explore the courses you recommended. Thank you so much.
