MemberSeptember 12, 2019 at 1:26 am in reply to: essential oils: citrus limon peel oil, citrus grapefruit peel oil and orange peel oil@Perry, I used this cream and found that after applying the cream on the skin, the cream absorbs into the skin right away without leaving the oil on the skin.

It’s simply yet another emulsifier, but of course, has its own unique properties. Use it like any other emulsifier … “water drop macro emulsion”…It is not w/o or o/w. It is more freedom formulate like Sepiplus 400. But, end user do not feel oils, just water drops. it is just available two years ago.

@ngarayeva001, Yes
I just went through the presentation. The end user of watery cream will feel less oil on their skin, just water drops.
I will try out soon and let you know. -

when your wound is healing, turmeric (raw) is applied to the wound to prevent the scar. This is for sure. -
I searched and found the manufacturer:
Agascalm™ neutralizes the negative effects caused by psychological stress on the skin, such as inflammation and redness. This new active reduces skin redness, improves vascular tonicity, restores the barrier function for a moisturized skin, enhances skin radiance and evens skin tone. -
Vit A is not surviving under pH <5.9. But it will be stable at pH >=6
HA is working the best at pK {3.6, 4.1} -
@amitvedakar, ascorbic acid is stable in the acidic environments with pH< 5
you can try using emulsifier, Sepiplus 400. It is freedom formulation. -

1) the pH of the skin is in the range between 4 to 6.5 and it depends on as you mentioned. So the facial cream must be in that range?
2) can you explain more details?
3) ascorbic acid is working on fading dark spots
4) retinol for stimulating new cells -

question:
1) pH of human skin = [4, 6.5], optimization of 5.5 ?
2) Is it good to have facial cream pH to be in the range of 4 to 6.5 ?
3) Ascorbic acid is good effect with pH of less than 4?
4) Retinol is good effect with pH of greater than 6?
5) Ascorbic & retinol cannot work together? -

MemberJuly 15, 2019 at 2:58 am in reply to: Retinol (Vitamin A) with BHA, BHT (for stable the Vit. A).@ngarayeva001, Triethanolamine is used in many cosmetic products to help balance pH levels, as well as to act as a cleansing base. When absorbed into the body over a long period of time, it can become toxic. Even short periods of exposure can cause allergic reactions, including eye problems and dry hair and skin.Jan 5, 2015
That what I google it.

Thanks in advance
