I never got even 30 minutes of releasing of essential oil. I used high notes mixing with low notes.
woul you please sharing the concept how to do that?

I will try to use mineral oil  and premix hotflux with polysorbate 20. Then adding to cooling phase. 
Other information in internet suggest to use vaseline instead of butter and propylene glycols. Where do we buy vaseline? CVS?

i found propanediol having same formula with propylene glycol but structure is different

You mean it is depending on molecular weight of ingredients that I need to use propylene glycol to help ingredients penetrating into skin;
molecular weight of ethyl ascorbic acid is about 204 g per mol so it needs propylene glycol?

50 to 65%, no water
why water? You can get problems of salts that will soluble in water. Your formula may not work. Taking Mr. Perry’s online course will help you understand the components of cream , lotion, scrubs

i suggest you develop emulsified sugar scrubs. It is better for body scrub bc
1. Exfoliating 
2 moisturizing

you don’t want to use sea salt bc can cause itchy or painful when your body has been scratched 
Use raw sugar or epsom salt
