I agree but check degree of cationic substitution on the Guar: I recall having a problem using it with xanthan gum as it is an anionic polysaccharide.

Use ZinClear IM with TiO2 and xanthan gum in water.If for your own use you can make a slurry which will not clump or whiten skin

@Doreen Sorry didn’t see your question until now.We dissolve the allantoin in the water phase prior to heating to 70C and have not had any problems.

As Perry suggested water soluble silicone copolyol will lower viscosity at 1-2%. DC surfactant 193.

I don’t know viscosity you want but looking at surfactant system start with 0.75%wt/wt Ultrez and 0.1-0.2% silicone.

Best to use Ultrez 20, if you can get it, for suspending ZPT: switch dimethicone to dimethicone peg 7 isostearate and add both at the end of the process.
