I see lots of home crafters using high HLB surfactants in a product when it is mainly oiled, and it just separates.

There is a company that sells “The Powder Press” or TKB sells one. It does one pound of pressure. Shimmer formulas I am getting amazing; it is just mattes. I am on my 10th test. No one sells talc in small quantities anymore.
Eventually, when I get my own place I want to get one that I can control the PSI. I do acknowledge small lab batches are hard to do.
