Not related to formulations, but what’s the legal status of CBD products? I thought they are regulated by the USDA and there is no final approval.

Yes, it can definitely be melted and poured. What’s your company’s name?

Hot pouring is not our specialty. We need ways to melt in drums and so on.

We don’t have room for a conveyor belt, so that’s a problem. For bottles we use the Primera machines, which are great. But they don’t do flat containers.

You may want to rethink parabens as preservative. If you want something foolproof go with Optiphen.

It’s all essential oils and I was hoping to avoid water entirely. Avoid ethanol as well as it makes it hazardous to transport.

Optiphen Plus (Phenoxyethanol (and) Caprylyl Glycol (and) Sorbic Acid) works well below pH 6.
