Depends how much money you want to spend what capacity you need and how accurate you need it to be? If money is tight (student) then a decent soup warmer (electric bainmarie) with  a stainless inner pan is perfect, if you need it to hold a really accurate temperature then you can plug it through a BBQ style PID controller. hope this helps.
