Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate (SCI) is generally considered to provide the best balance between strong cleansing efficacy and mildness. You may try this in your formulation.

It appears that you intend to make dry mix detergent powder? if that is the case then you should have more solids then liquid in the formulation. Please let me know what’s the process you intend to make and equipment where the powder is to be made. I will then let you know how to make the dry mix detergent powder without stickiness.

Used Jaguar C-13 C-17 (@0.3% total) in the formulation. In side vessel the mixing with water leads to lumps formation which are difficult to break even when transferred into main mixer with bottom homogenizer (2500 rpm). Any lead to sort out this issue. Thanks,

Thanks, PPG (polypropylene glycol) used in the formula. I have added now ferulic acid @0.5% and increased the level of Vitamin E from 0.5% to 1.0%. Hope this would help in keeping the viscosity stable. Any suggestion, look forward to.
