Ethyl Alcohol 95% Vol	305 ml
Distilled Water	195 ml
Glycerin 100% Pure	15 ml
Hydrogen peroxide	10 ml
MaxxThix PC-10L	15 ml
Triethanolamine	25 ml

Here is the complete formulation. My problem is that I must use PC-10.  Is there a way to solve the problem?

Less PC-10 leads to watery sanitizer. But it is still forms sticky film on your skin. I need to solve this problem, as using PC-10 is the imperative requirment.

If anybody have suggestions, I will be willing to give a try and post the results
