  Zinc Ricinoleate product, for use in an emulsion, question.

  Would this product, Tego Deo AC 30, be best added to the WATER phase or the OILS phase if used in an emulsion (hot process)?

  It is suggested to be added to the oils phase, but I am wondering if that was an error?

  INCI: Propylene Glycol (and) Zinc Ricinoleate (and) Aqua (and) Arginine (and) Citric Acid
