If Product pH is above 4, hair becomes negativity charged so cationic surfactants attach to hair and remains there.

At pH below 4.7 skin becomes positively charged. So will anionic surfactant like AOS from an AHA/BHA cleanser that has pH 4 attach to positively charged skin and remain there?

If yes, isn’t it bad for skin?
    If not, why not?
