Why there is a layer of oil in make up remover when Alpicare NS added?
Hi. I was making make up remover but i noticed there is an oil layer in the middle as you can see in the picture then i shake it, it become cloudy. Then i tried to make again without Alpicare NS, the liquid is not clear but cloudy. As far as I know Alpicare NS can make the solution become clear besides function as perfume solubilizer. Is adding Alpicare NS is necessary to make the solution become clear?
