Where to search for employees?

For those of you who work for a company, where do you or your company find office staff. Good places to put an ad or search resumes for a manufacturing company. Specifically along the lines of purchasing and production planners.

Hi! David,

If you want to use an employment agency, Paul Gilmore from Sinerfac can find the best in Miami. I recommend this guy because he is very knowledgeable in Technical staff for pharma, he can find a good candidate for office activities and industrial background.

When the economy is down (no the case) Craiglist is free and you can find good people, but based on actual economic scenario for our industry, I highly recommend you to work with an agency, another examples;

1) Aerotek

2) Florida Unemployment database.
