I know i should try and find it by myself and check the stability but as a general guidance as too much and too little emulsifier ratio to oil phase both reduce the stability of emulsion, in order to not waist to much ingredients and time in experimenting and waiting for stability test of each sample, for 5% oil phase (4% glycerin+0.3% dimethicone+ 0.7% Shea butter or olive oil) what percentage of total emulsifier would you use if emulsifier blend  are as follow.

Emulsifier blend 1: GMS+sodium stearoyl lactylate  at pH 5

Emulsifier blend 2: Stearamidopropyl Dimethylamine+GMS+ Polyglyceryl 4 Laurate  at pH 4

    Emulsifier blend 3: Stearamidopropyl Dimethylamine+ GMS+ Polyglyceryl 6 distearate  at pH 4

I am asking this because i am not adding 15-35% oil phase which every person is talking about.

Note: don’t mind the viscosity. Just for maximum emulsion stability.
