    Hello,
I’ve been trying to create a hydro gel mask. I’ve had success using kappa carrageenan powder to create the mask, but most products I see on the market list “cellulose” as the main hydro gelling ingredient. I tried methylcellulose E4M but it didn’t hold a shape. It looks more like hair gel.

The idea is to pour the solution in a mold. It will solidify to form the face mask. Here’s the ingredients list:

Aloe Barbadensis (Organic Aloe Juice)*, Camellia Sinensis (Organic Green Tea) Concentrate, Extracts of Chrysanthemum, Calendula Officinalis (Calendula), Rosa Centifolia (Rose) Petals, Anthemis Nobilis (Chamomile) and Oolong Tea, Cucumber hydrolate, Sodium Hyaluronate (Hyaluronic) Acid, Plant Cellulose * Certified Organic
