  What does this sentence about effect of electrolyte on polymer deposition from Shampoo mean?

  I couldn’t get a proper idea from this sentence about effect of electrolyte on polymer deposition from Shampoo. Can anyone explain a bit.

  “Electrolytes reduce the amount of coacervate and increase the dilution necessary to get precipitation.” 

  My particular questions
  1. What does ” reduce the amount of coacervate” mean and how does it effect polymer deposition?
  2. What does “dilution necessary to get precipitation” mean and how does it effect polymer deposition?
