  What does a zein value of 10 mean in this product

  this is a blend of surfactants by supplier. For it’s mildness they say it has a zein value of 10 as shown in picture.what is this zein value of 10 and how is it compared to zein value of single surfactant SLS or SLES or CAPB?

  this data from another supplier shows zein value of CAPB is 100. does it mean that Galfusion mild blend it 10 times milder than CAPB in zein value?
