Is there any way that I can prevent my simple oil in water emulsion (Moisturising lotion) from significant increase of viscosity at high temperatures 40-45°C where a significant thinning happens at 4°C? causes?

Without knowing what’s in the formula you won’t get much helpful advice.

I can say that some surfactant systems get thinner at lower temperatures. It really just depends on the system.
