Providing you buy a reputable fragrance, there should be no problem with it lasting. I have samples from 5 years ago that still smell fine.

What % did you use? & to what type of cream?

@Belassi, thanks a lot. What is the supplier name ?
@dr Pratt, I do not have formula yet. Just trying to learn.
i read the article talking about scent pyramid: high notes, medium notes, base notes.
i mixed three of them, but the results are not good.

You need to practice at that one, you will see that the bottom notes will make the frag last longer, keep reading but I love perfumery, it’s harder than you think & fascinating at the same time.

Perfumery is a field of study that takes years to learn. Usually it’s done under an apprentice type situation. Mixing your own fragrances is not easily done. Most companies just buy finished fragrances to use in their products.

@perry, thanks a lot. Wow! it is complicated. I thought very simple as the theory.

Friends! I found that there are very practical techniques making scents lasting longer
    50% top note
    33% medium note
    17% base note
    it works wonderfully!

@dtang I highly recommend doing a perfumery course where they send you perfumery notes & as its online you can do it at your own leisure. Maybe @perry has one?
