What are some examples of “antioxidant stabilizing agents” . . . ?
From a certain journal article.
“Conclusion:<strong style=”font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;”> Formulations containing (AA) and or (SAP) both improved elasticity and wrinkles of the skin almost by the same extent, and it is necessary to add antioxidant stabilizing agents to both preparations to reach a desired stability.”
I assume mixed tocopherols would be a good example of an oil-soluble one (?), but does anyone have suggestions for water-soluble ones?
Thank you.
