  What are differences between alpha tocopherol and gamma tocopherol?

  What are differences between alpha and gamma tocopherol?
  How they are used in formulation?

  Alpha has an extra CH3 group where the gamma has an H.

  I doubt there is any performance difference in a cosmetic.
