    Anyone know how to slowdown the wax based deodorant stick soften during hot summer shipment? Thank you!

    Use higher melt point waxes.

    If you are using fatty alcohols…they also have melt points. Behenyl is the highest of the commonly used ones…. Sub it for other FA’s you might be using.

    I was thinking about to use high melting wax or increase wax %; but also worrying it may case dragging problem while apply. Thank you for help!

    Many companies use a mixture of fatty alcohols and Hydrogenated Castor Oil (like Cutina HR Flakes). Perhaps you can try that.

      Yup, HCO is one of the quickest ways to a good stick. 🙂 But assuming you already had that in there.

      Thank you Ketchito! I may need increase Castor Wax % in my formula.
