    Hi,

Thanks for read my question first.

I am making a liquid matte waterproof eyeliner, it’s an extreme thin formula, has to shake before use, but the separation looks pretty bad, a white layer on the top, I really want to solve it.

I am using ACRYLATES COPOLYMER as thickner, AMINOMETHYL PROPANEDIOL as neutralizer, the pH is at 7.5, I have 22% of black iron oxide and 8% of silica, roller mill together and add 30% STYRENE/ACRYLATES/AMMONIUM METHACRYLATE COPOLYMER at the end, it’s cold process, everything looks good and after shaking, application is smooth, but is there any way I can solve or reduce the separation?

Let me know if you have any questions and thanks for the answer.
