Hello everyone. I am new to the toothpaste formulation and now I’m struggling to make a waterless product since I don’t have vacuum. My processing unit has a Silverson AX1 mixer in a 50kg batcher and A Silverson bottom entry mixer BE225 with extra slow rotational blades in the tank in a 500kg batcher. I started the following rnd trial formula but it seems a bit runny and has syneresis over time (liquids leak out). I slurry all solid ingredients to Glycerin and usethe silica as a stabilizer.
I would love you comments and suggestions on this

    1. Glycerin q.s.
    2. Kaolin White clay irradiated 25% slow stirring
    3. Hydroxyapatite Ca 5%
    4. Tea tree 0.05%mentha piperata leaf extract 0.01%
    5. Hydrated Silica 20%
    6. SL Sarcosinate 1,5% very low stirring
    7. covafresh 1%
