  Vitamin c serum

  Dear friends hello,
  I am a early stage formulator at cosmetic company, I want to make vitamin c serum. Based on my research, I found that there are two types in the formulation of vitamin C serum. One with water,  another without water and with oil 

  Do you have a suggestion for a vitamin C serum formula? Thank you for your help

  This forum is not for getting Formulations outright. That is work product for many. I would suggest researching some starting Formulations. It is far deeper of a topic than you might believe.
