Vegetable Oils Storage
Hi there!
I have a question about vegetable oils’ storage in the lab.I know that the best way to store raw materials is to keep them in a cool dark place and in a opaque bottle. Also, I know some people that adds antioxidant when they buy the oil to prevent oxidation/rancidity. Is it really necessary? How much of antioxidant would be added to really protect the oils against oxidation?Thanks in advance!
