    Hello everyone!
Some companies/cosmetic formulators put vegetable oils (I’m not talking about essential oils) into their liquid soaps and shampoos formulas. The main function of the surfactants is to remove oil so I wonder why they do that. Will it be any of the oils from the formulation left on the skin or hair?
    Thanks

Oils in shampoos tend to be used at levels of ~0.1%. They are only there to be used as claims ingredients. Oils serve no useful purpose in shampoos.
