  Vegan lipsticks and low minimum capsule shaped tube

  I am starting a lipstick company but need some recommendations for vegan/cruelty free formula with low minimims.  I am having trouble purchasing the tubes because I need them to look like capsules (preferably aluminum) but everyone wants 10,000.00 MOQ.  Any recs who will work with a starter like me?
