    U mean the ones with fluorescent pigments????? Base plus fluorescent pigments.

    I guess the TS means the sculpting gels for fingernails based on acrylic oligomers and UV polymerization.

    Check with Doug Schoon at Schoon Scientific. He has established himself in that niche.

    as far as i know, all gels color still require UV light to dry!
    any future developing on the Gels color without UV light to dry is a great big +

    There are few brands offer such gels. However, they are not so popular especially among salon professionals. Some of them are acrylic based products while others are just regular polishes. UV gels have some technical advantages from the clients’ and nail-techs’ point of view.

    The traditional nail polish is solvent type,use nitrocellulose as film form agent, UV nail gel is made with Photoinitiator.
