  Usage levels of brassicamidopropyl dimethylamine

  I am formulating a solid hair conditioner and am struggling to find data on safe usage levels of brassicamidopropyl dimethylamine and stearamidopropyl dimethylamine. Most formulation available online contain water as its for liquid conditioner and about 2% of the above chemicals, would I be safe to go up to 20% of either in a formulation? From the looks of things they are safe and shouldnt pose a danger as long as I ph balance them. Am I correct?
