if you are going to attempt to make hand sanitizer, please follow the guidelines by the WHO.
https://www.who.int/gpsc/5may/Guide_to_Local_Production.pdf?ua=1HEC, Vitamin E and Aloe Vera Gel should not be used as they have not been validated in hand sanitizers and could impede the effectiveness.

People are habitual of using it in gel form. We want to make and distribute it for free as price increased 100 times here (people are making profit out of this situation).

@mshariq84 Masha’Allah Tabraka Allah, all good wishes for you just such I will make you must not make a gel sanitizer, make spray sanitizer with alcohol, glycerin or monopropylen glycol and water it will be soo easy to make : more economic and efficient where you can reach easily 70 % or more of alcohol in your sanitizer.

GuestMarch 24, 2020 at 11:26 pmhave you tried adding aloe juice in place of water?

Increasing the percentage of alcohol, will not make the product more effective! Do not attempt to do this product without spending some time learning how what and why does each product in the formulation.

Fekher said:@em88 actually increasing percentage of alcohol will make product more effective and for Coronavirus WHO says that product contains 80% Ethanol or 75% IPA.
Exactly, you haven’t understood how alcohol works.
There is a range of concentration where alcohol is more effective.
I’d strongly suggest you read or use what WHO is suggesting!
