Titanium Dioxide has clogged my foam spray bottle is there another method to whiten oilwater?
i have an oil water mix that needs to be white in color, right now its yellow and not fully emilsified….20 percent oil 80 percent water..any tips??? do emilsifiers work wihtout a mixing machine?

Add small amout of emulsifier and ask user to shake upon using.
Oil and water mixing will provide natural white color (temporary) for you.Also, removing Titanium Dioxide is better as its particle is too big for foam dispenser.

You have said yourself that the mixture is not fully emulsified, so it is less likely to be white versus a complete emulsion.
Also, mixers are inexpensive. You can try mixing emulsions with a hand blender which costs around £10 here in UK for a cheap one.
