I need to thicken soap without NaCl.

I cannot use carbomer because the SLES brakes it,

PEG 120 Distearate & PEG 150 Distearate & Acrylates Copolymer are too expensive….

    Somebody have another idea?

When you say “soap” and then say “SLES” that confuses me.  SLES is a detergent, not generally what chemists would consider “soap”.

Could you tell us exactly all the ingredients you are trying to combine together?

    Yes you right,

    It is a Shampoo formulation.

You can try cellulose.  Specifically, methylcellulose
