There is thick foam occurs in my sunscreen formulation please help me in it.
Hello, Im formulating SUNSCREEN with a blend of my UV FILTERS (i.e SUNSTOPPER SCR), after the emulsion there is a thick foam occurs after 24hrs on room temperature.
Here is my formulation for reference. pH of my product is 8.3.
Let me know any changes and suggestion

What’s your manufacturing method (order of addition, mixing speed, heating, time, etc.), and which equipment are you using to make the product?

order of mixing is same as listed. the emulsification takes place at 75°C, mixing takes place in moderate speed, using normal stirrer.
