Batch production control records, which should include:- Documentation of all production steps (for example, processing, handling, transferring,

Hi! Mihaela,
It is recommended to keep your records two years after the expiration date of your product. Everything mentioned in your question fall under GMP (Good manufacturing practices), usually it is more complex than that, but seems to me that you have a very good idea where to start.
