What are you using for the pearl effect?

It is common practice to use EGMS (ethylene glycol monostearate) in detergent products to give the pearl effect.

It is easiest to add a preformulated pearl concentrate for you to get a consistent product batch-to-batch and to save on heasting the EGMS to melt and dissolve. Many or most detergent manufacturers supply a pearling agent (or, at least, the material to make one).

Mica based pearling agents (which I suspect you are using) will almost never work in a detergent product.

You have to ask your supplier for a mica with particle size aroun 5-25 microns and use thickener that gives to your product 7000cps of viscositi at least.

You omit revealing the pearling agent to us.

I can only assume (again) that you are using a mica pearling agent. With your declared ingredient mix (or almost any other) you will never be able to obtain a stable suspension with a mica pearl.

Pearling agents for detergent mixes are almost always based on EGMS or similar.
