  • Sunscreen in my FB feed…. can this be real?

Posted by Graillotion on July 22, 2024 at 3:12 am

I am not the sharpest knife in the drawer… but all of a sudden (must have clicked on something I shouldn’t have 😆 ) I am getting all kinds of what looks like crap sun-screen in my feed. Just some grease and zinc.

I will enclose a sample INCI. Any way this could have jumped through the (FDA) sunscreen hurdles? Seems like to zinc would just fall out of suspension…and be at the bottom of the container?

Can someone explain how this works…. or is this just another mommy blogger travesty on society? (They state SPF of 30.)

They don’t use proper Drug Facts ingredient listing so I wouldn’t have any faith that they are following the rules and listing all the ingredients. They probably just don’t list ingredients that don’t fit their “organic” story.

Yeah…the way this reads all of the ingredients listed are Active Ingredients!🤣
