Suggestions for literature resources on surfactants types and functions for liquid soap applications
Dear all,
Hello. Although I have certain knowledge on cosmetology and cosmetics formulation, I still consider myself a beginner. I am currently working into various liquid soap applications, therefore I would like to find resources for studying the different types of surfactants and its role/function in cleaning and lather. For example I know that a good (correct) combination of anionic , amphoteric and non ionic surfactants is the base to make a good cleaning and foaming product, but I need to understand why, in order to optimise that according to my product marketing target. Also I would appreciate any suggestions for additional materials other than surfactants that can improve lather. Thank you in advance
