  styling gel reology drops

  hello I’m having problems developing a styling gel

  I’m using ultrez 21 and fixate
  but after neutralization, I add the fixate and the gel conditions dops into the water again, I don’t know what im doing wrong, I followed the procedure as it is in the instructions of lubrizol.
  please help

  what’s the pH of the fixate? Proportions?
