Developing the formula is the easy part. Next, you’ll need to…
1. Find a place to make a larger scale batch (contract manufacturer)
2. Develop a brand - create website
3. Get some sales - create system to take orders
4. Put up the money to get the large scale batch made
5. Set up a system for product distribution
6. Figure out how to get new and repeat sales
7. Repeat the process until you grow large enough to sell to one of the big guys -
1. Find a place to make a larger scale batch (a contract manufacturer)Exactly. Unless you have good experience in Cosmetic manufacturing, do NOT manufacture yourself.

Thank you for your responses.
When you get a contract manufacturer ,what is the typical price range?
Also do I need any other contract besides a non disclosure aggreement, To protect my formula ? -
Price range will vary depending on size you want to produce, ingredient cost, packaging you choose, if you have them do design services, label review, fulfillment of orders.
Our policy is when someone brings us a formula we don’t use it with anyone else for fear of being caught but you would be smart to have some kind of clause/agreement that outlines that they cannot distribute or use the information you provide about the formula. I’m not a lawyer so obviously best to get some legal advice here but it just seems to make sense to have a written agreement about this.
