  Starch or Cellulose Ingredients Most Effective at Reducing Greasiness?

  What are the starch or cellulose based ingredients that are most effective at reducing the greasy skin feel of O/W emulsions with relatively high oil content?

  I would greatly appreciate any suggestions, comments or discussion about starch or cellulose based ingredients combined with other ingredients or alone that produce the greatest reduction in the skin feel sensation of greasiness.
