Starch gelling agent question (hydroxypropyl vs Hydrolyzed)
This formula calls for hydroxypropyl starch phosphate as 1% of a facial cream. I only have Hydrolyzed corn starch (also have regular corn starch and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose). Are they interchangeable in this case? Which would be best to use if I don’t have the hydroxypropyl? Thanks!
