    I would like to do urea 40% skin cream could you guys suggest me a certain concept, I tried to do it by regular way but found that 40% urea will need at least 50% water and this mean we have just 10% for oil phase.. should I try 5% oil and emulsifiers. can anybody give me a hint please…

    I will add Sodium lactate and lactic acid as buffer system by the way.
